Can&amp;#39;t wait LOVE it!!!!!It&amp;#39;s called &amp;#39;ES tiempo&amp;#160;de bailar&amp;#39; which means &amp;#39;Time to dance&amp;#39;.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131050"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;I&amp;#39;m sure you&amp;#39;ll love it too!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131051"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;Why do you come to a ZWCL class?Is it just for the fun?Is it to loose weight?To do a good work out?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131052"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;Think about it and find what is your goal when you come to a class.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131053"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;If you&amp;#39;re looking to loose weight,to do a good work out remember first of all to eat Eat Correctly - Do NOT starve yourself or go on any fad diet. Eat properly. Healthy proteins (chicken, fish, etc). Vegetables. Fruits. Don&amp;#39;t come home from a class and gorge on ice cream or you will see no weight loss (and probably the opposite). However, it is good to reward yourself at times (at least a couple times a week) with a small treat.Have a chocolat before the class for example.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131054"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;Drink 2 litres of water per day.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131055"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;Do the class a minimum of twice a week,regular Zumba and at least once a week the Toning class as we all know &amp;#39;resistance&amp;#39; training helps you to burn more calories,to tone and re shape your body,will also improve your co-ordenation which not only will help you in your daily tasks as it will help you to do the regular Zumba class,and when you come to the class&amp;#160; follow these simple tips that will help you to achieve your goals faster:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131056"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131057"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1. Let Loose&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Zumba is all about having fun, and joining the party, which is hard to do if you&amp;#39;re stiff or self-conscious! The best way to burn more calories in class is to let go, have fun, and try not to think too much. &amp;quot;Letting yourself go will let the calories go!”.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. Maximize Your Arm Movement&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;During the moves, be sure to fully extend your arms.You’ll boost your calorie burn and engage more muscles by maximizing your arm movements during class. &amp;quot;It&amp;#39;s not that tricky and you can do a lot for your body by lengthening, raising, and extending with oomph.&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;3. Move Up and Down More&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;“When your instructor takes you though a level change try and do it,&amp;quot;.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131065"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;All that up and down movement will not only boost your burn, it will also get your glutes, hips, and thigh muscles firing even more. “Sit into your moves, bend your knees, and go up and down and all around as much as you can—level changes burn calories!&amp;quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;4. Work Your Booty&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;quot;There is always a lot of booty shaking in Zumba!&amp;quot;.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-13131069"&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ec008c"&gt;&amp;quot;Just shake it—and shake it good (to best do this, see tip #1).&amp;quot; ZES recommends pressing through your heels whenever you can to maximize the move’s booty shaping benefits.&lt;br&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;5. Rock the Moves You Know&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;So maybe you don’t have every move mastered yet, that&amp;#39;s OK! You can still get a great workout as long as you rock the moves you’ve got! &amp;quot;Always accentuate the moves that you&amp;#160;&lt;i&gt;are&amp;#160;&lt;/i&gt;actually comfortable with,&amp;quot;. “Make the most out of that shimmy you love, or the salsa step you have mastered. Feel confident in adding your own flair to the movement.
